GTZ-IL Community Grant Program Awards $350,000 in Grants

Getting to Zero Illinois (GTZ-IL) is eager to announce the recipients of the first-ever GTZ-IL Community Grant. This funding opportunity offered one-year grants of up to $30,000 to organizations across the state that are advancing GTZ-IL goals. These grants will provide funding to scale up, supplement and grow existing projects that align with GTZ-IL goals and principles and uplift our priority communities. We focused on awarding grants to small, Black and other BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving organizations and have selected 14 organizations across the state.
